ABOUT THE ROLE
Compensation
$72,200 - $135,400
Purpose
The Manager of Accounts Payable and Receivable is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions. This role ensures the efficient and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections, while maintaining compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Leads a team, drives process improvements, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to optimize cash flow and maintain financial accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Credit Department to correct customer accounts
- Manage Employee Accounts and Intra Company accounts of our Sysco affiliates
- Manage reconciliations for intercompany, VNC/CNV and cash related recs
- Manage document imaging Manage reconciliations for intercompany, VNC/CNV and cash related recs
- Manage document imaging
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting accountants, vendors, and upper management
Education
Bachelor's degree in related discipline or an additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
Experience
7+ years of experience, of which at least 2 leading a team
