ABOUT THE ROLE

Overview:
Responsible for assisting the National Sales Team by providing support with National Customer Onboarding, promo planning and reporting. Working very closely with internal departments, with an emphasis on Centre of Excellence, Merchandising and Operations.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates national customer onboarding by coordinating a range of administrative and support activities.
  • Generates and manages various reports to support the National Sales Department’s operational needs.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely resolution of service-related issues.
  • Develops and distributes reports and data insights to assist sales management in decision-making.
  • Supports the maintenance, tracking, and administration of contracts.
  • Partners with internal departments to coordinate promotional initiatives and limited time offers in alignment with national demand planning efforts.
  • Is willing to work safely with minimal environmental impact and understands the importance of reporting all hazards, incidents, and environmental spills immediately to their supervisor.
  • Understands that they play an integral role in their own safety and that of their colleagues and is willing to speak out when hazards are present.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills/Job Requirements :

  • 3+ years of related or equivalent experience.

  • Food service distribution experience an asset.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Post-secondary education preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (specifically Excel) and other sales and/or industry specific programs.

soutien.

· Génère différents rapports et les utilise pour soutenir les besoins opérationnels du service des ventes

nationales.

· Collabore avec les équipes internes interfonctionnelles pour assurer la résolution rapide des problèmes liés au

service.

· Développe et distribue des rapports et des analyses de données pour aider l’équipe de gestion des ventes à

prendre des décisions.

· Soutient la gestion, le suivi et l’administration des contrats.

· Collabore avec les services internes pour coordonner les initiatives promotionnelles et les offres de durée

limitée, conformément aux efforts nationaux de planification de la demande.

· Travaille de façon sécuritaire avec un impact minimal sur l’environnement et comprend l’importance de

signaler immédiatement à son superviseur tous les dangers, incidents et déversements nocifs pour

l’environnement.

· Comprend l'importance de sa propre sécurité, de celle de ses collègues, et de signaler les dangers présents.

· Effectuer toute autre tâche assignée, le cas échéant.

Qualifications/Compétences/Exigences du poste:

· Au moins 3 ans d’expérience pertinente ou équivalente.

· Expérience en distribution de services alimentaires, un atout.

· Diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent.

· Diplôme d’études postsecondaires de préférence.

· Maîtrise avancée de la suite Microsoft Office (particulièrement Excel) et d’autres logiciels de vente ou propres

au secteur.
