ABOUT THE ROLE
Responsibilties
-Performing pre-trip inspection of tractors and all trailers.
-Driving to Sysco locations to pick up empty trailers and drop off full trailers. Typically two trailers are connected for each trip.
-Maintaining travel logs (destinations, departure and arrival times, repairs, breakdowns, delays).
-Driving tractors to yards where they are needed. (typically 1 trip per night).
-Filling tractors with fuel as needed.
Other duties may be assigned.
