ABOUT THE ROLE
Purpose
This position is responsible for providing advanced expertise and support in the quality assurance and control function. This role involves working closely with quality managers to ensure products and services meet the highest quality standards. The Senior Specialist will apply advanced quality assurance techniques and tools to enhance quality processes and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced support in quality assurance and control activities.
- Analyze quality data and provide insights to improve quality performance.
- Manage quality documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among quality stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with quality assurance and control.
- Support the development and implementation of quality assurance and control best practices.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in quality assurance tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Certifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
Experience
5+ years of experience
